Booking and Payment
All tours must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed, and you receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Small Group Tours:
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled tour start time.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the tour.

Private Tours:
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled tour start time.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than one week (7 days) before the tour.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or guide unavailability. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

No-Shows
Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Liability
Magical Iceland and its representatives are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour. Participants are responsible for their safety and well-being, as well as the security of their belongings.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
