We had the pleasure of a day out with Ymir on his Golden Circle Food Tour. It was the best day during our stay in Niceland. From the moment of welcoming us at our hotel he felt like a friend, transmitting to us his passion of the land, the people, the food and the stories behind them. When he says “Do come hungry and thirsty” that’s exactly what you have to do! The foods and drinks we got served were excellent and plentiful with some new discoveries in there to tickle our taste buds. The places Ymir took us to see were absolutely fantastic and we had the impression they were just there for us; in a way avoiding the big crowds and showing us nature at its best. A truly wonderful experience not to be missed and the best way to make you fall in love with Iceland and its people.
