I swear to god Ymir is a Norse God reincarnated to be a modern day, Icelandic Viking. The guy is so rich of enthusiasm, laughter, stories, wisdom, and exquisite food taste. Every review I’ve read has been spot on — this guy knows exactly what he is doing and does everything in the best way possible. His Golden Circle tour takes you to some of Iceland’s most beautiful destinations and he gorges you with some of THE MOST scrumptious food along the way. I’m trying to be as colorful in this review as possible because that explains who Ymir is. I only wish this guy the best in all of his endeavors and hopes he expands his craft to other parts of the world. Ymir, You rock my socks!
